So typical of the absolutely brain dead, or should I say living-impaired to be PC. No thought whatsoever of where the money is to come from to pay for their "demands". As for open borders I am all for that if it means they will depart for Cuba or North Korea after which we again close the borders. Clearly the education system failed, especially in the area of math.
I have no problem with open borders if it means a)we know who you are at the time you enter(so no known criminals or terrorists) and b)you do not receive welfare, foodstamps, government housing, student loans, lower tuition or any other tax dime when you get here. Open borders is just fine if the market is not distorted by government interference. The rest of their demands are, of course, absurd.
I guess they want to live like Greece.
I think it time to ask these protesters very tough questions like: who is going to pay for their 'freeness'.
It is well and good to protest but these demands are down right outrageous.
Alain, I like that concept of open borders - open one way (out) for those who fancy the Greek (or Cuban or Korean) way of doing things.
Jonathan, I agree, except I don't think that's the kind of "open borders" they have in mind.
Jen, "Outrageous" is the word, along with "lunatic".
