RBC Chairman and CEO Gord Nixon capitulated Thursday with an “Open Letter to Canadians” that was instantly branded as a grovelling apology. ... what else can be expected from this catastrophic media-creation of a story. RBC might as well have dumped a million barrels of crude oil into Toronto Harbour...Apparently, Andrew Coyne agrees.
