Probably briefly although I doubt it will be a major issue. Clinton will probably bring it up in order to motivate millennials to show up or not vote for a third party as they are the group most likely concerned about it and dislike Trump, but yet many are planning on staying home or voting for a third party.
My bet was that neither would bring it up. But if it is mentioned, I agree that it won't be a big issue.
Already brought it up in the first 15 minutes.
