And speaking of scathing criticism of AGW alarmists

Ice Cap has uploaded a paper entitled "On The Hijacking of the American Meteorological Society" which opens with a blistering attack on James Hansen, that Chicken Little of all Chicken Littles, and his award from the American Meteorological Society. The paper by AMS Fellow Bill Gray begins:
I am appalled at the selection of James Hansen as this year’s recipient of the AMS’s highest award – the Rossby Research Medal. James Hansen has not been trained is a meteorologist. His formal education has been in astronomy. His long records of faulty global climate predictions and alarmist public pronouncements have become increasingly hollow and at odds with reality. Hansen has exploited the general public’s lack of knowledge of how the globe’s climate system functions for his own benefit. His global warming predictions, going back to 1988 are not being verified. Why have we allowed him go on for all these years with his faulty and alarmist prognostications? And why would the AMS give him its highest award?
And then it gets really critical.

Once again this article attempts to refute a hysteria driven agenda with facts. Unfortunately this will do nothing to change the wrong-headed herd mentallity of our politicians who are either reacting to the 'sqeaky-wheel' syndrome or co-opting this garbage science as a means to promote their political goals.
The only bright light in this whole scam is that the public seems to be losing faith in this farcial charade and, I believe a couple more years of watching the failure of the doomsday predictions to materialize, will finally write fini to this latest phoney social-engineering scheme.

Can't say it enough, find and read "Red Hot Lies"! People have no idea just how corrupt this global warming garbage has become!

My latest post draws on the book.

People have got to find out the truth about this scam.
