That is cool. If you don't like the lineup at the Ferry then you find some stretch of open road... Wait, I guess there would have to be a flight plan filed and all that other aviation stuff.
Yes, flying off highways is considered a big no-no (except in emergencies). In our case, though, the airport is only a few minutes drive from the ferry terminal, so no problem.
Of course if these machines ever became popular maybe they'd change the rules.
