Excellent photo and a true expression of Canadian free speech as per our Charter of Rights and Freedoms but.......that same Charter also has the freedom of religion which supersedes that freedom of speech. Now there are many many many Muslims who are in Canada, many of whom were born here and many who came here for a better life. Well that better life includes the freedom of religion which means that they should not face any persecution whatsoever! Now we all know that Canada is a politically correct nation and we take pride in our religious and cultural minorities. So this basically means that we agree that if we hurt their feelings then we have offended them and basically persecuted them which violates their constitutional rights.
So hopefully there aint no Muslims out there that will have hurt feelings cause if there are; well JR, you can blog about how your human rights commissions hearing are going! You know what I mean eh? Yep this is good 'ol multicultural Canada where we all are equal before the law......just that some are entitled to more equality and protection before the law!
Except they often wouldn't be allowed to go to school in these countries.
