Terence Corcoran in the National Post said the same thing in Nov. of 2009: " The Real Shock Doctrine: Obama and the Rise of Disaster Socialism".
That should be 2008, obviously!
Thanks. If I ever knew that, I'd forgotten. Corcoran is always well ahead of the pack when it comes to noticing these things.
