Bill Gates wants death panels
Bill Gates advocates what his fellow travelling "liberals" have denied - "death panels".
Ummm Bill Gates is a Republican. Get your facts straight. On second thought, facts are useless to conservatives. Just keep makin stuff up. If the PM can do it you can too.

Big deal. No one claimed he isn't. But assuming he is he's likely also what's known as a "progressive", a "neo-liberal" an unconservative, often illiberal mindset that infects some Republicans and most Dems. John McCain is another example. [This is, btw, why I used the quotes around "liberal".]
"It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their consciences." -- C. S. Lewis
