Massacre memorial speeches - Obama v Bush

Good speech. But what's with the audience's cheering, hooting and whistling - like it was a pep rally? Poor show - distracting and very undignified.

Compare and contrast with Pres. Bush's speech at the Virginia Tech memorial (note the link to Malkin).

I could only listen to 4 minutes of the speech, the cheering was very distracting and very inappropriate.

Inappropriate it was.

Obama could have stopped that rally type atmosphere by reminding the audience they were there for a memorial but he didn't....it was all about him and his adoring fans...so to speak
