Harpers on Beatles Abbey Road

I just received my 2010 calendar featuring the Harper family:

.

And to anyone brought up in the 60's it's immediatley recognizable from the Beatles Abbey Road album cover.

The calendar has a very nice collection of Harper family photos including, especially, one of Stephen and his mother.

There hasn't been such a down to earth Canadian PM and family since, I don't know, never!

Thank you for that. As a product of the 80s, I've spent most of the last week since getting the calendar wondering why Ben is barefoot.

Very clever.

It has been so very long that people of a military tradition in Canada have had someone that they will fight for.

It's a very nice thing that we have a Prime Minister that people can kind of take home as their own. And that's a good thing.

Definately the best calendar ever, I loved it. I did notice the security in the background though and checked my Abbey Road album.

Alas, the Prime Minister is more important than the Beatles...ha wonderful!
Or is it a tragic sign of the times and what the world has evolved into in 35 or so years? Sad or an intersting discussion.

Merry Christmas and a wonderful 2010 to everyone.

That calendar is definitely a keeper.

I like my calendar but I think the liberals and the lefties might try and spread it around that the picture of his mom was photo shopped.
A man as vile as Stephen Harper is could not possibly have a mother.

How can we get one of these calendars?

We received 2 and I must say it's a super calendar with a fine selection of photos. I'm not sure if they're sent out to just CPC members, or those who've made a political contribution, but it's definitely a keeper. My Liebral co-workers are heartless, so I can't leave one on-the-job, for fear it would be defaced.

That's a lovely picture. I'm going to put it up right next to this one. It will save people time for my CPC friends since they can pay homage to both at the same time.

Jajaja funny. It's interesting to see how years affect us not only physically but also mentally. Great post and keep up the good work.
